Terms of Service

keep.surf lets you save and organize web inspiration — pages, images, selections, and screenshots — in a personal library, with an optional Chrome extension for capture. Features may change as we improve the product.

You need an account to use the library. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use keep.surf.

You retain ownership of the content you Keep. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you (for example, syncing Keeps and generating thumbnails).

You represent that you have the rights needed to save and store the content you Keep, and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not use keep.surf to store unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service
• Reverse engineer or scrape keep.surf except as allowed by law
• Use the extension or APIs beyond their intended purpose
• Upload malware or content that harms others or violates these terms

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your library is private by default.

When you Keep content from other websites, those sites remain governed by their own terms and policies. keep.surf does not control third-party pages you visit or capture.

The keep.surf name, branding, and product software are ours (or our licensors’). These terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks except as needed to refer to the service.

We aim to keep keep.surf reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We may update these terms; continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

keep.surf is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, keep.surf and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to keep.surf will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

You may stop using keep.surf and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.
